Kent State Women 22nd at NCAA Championship

Kent State wrapped up the 2010 NCAA Women’s Golf Championship with a three-over par 291 — the lowest round ever among the Flashes’ four NCAA Championship appearances and a mark bested by just six other schools Friday — en route finishing in 22nd place at +48 (1,200).

Kent State kept its streak intact as the Golden Flashes claimed their 12th consecutive Mid-American Conference women’s golf championship Sunday afternoon. Junior
Jenny Linville and Bambee Dela Paz led the Bearcat charge in Innisbrook, Fla., as Cincinnati took home fourth place at the Big East Championships.
The Youngstown State women's golf team started their spring season on a positive note on Tuesday.
