Dublin native Lauren Stephens edged out Mason's Erin Michel in a playoff to capture the 2011 Ohio Junior Girls Championship.
Stephens, who signed this Spring with the Toledo Rockets, fired an opening round 74 and paired that with a round two score of 75 to wrap the two-round event at 149. Michel rebounded on day two to shoot a 73 after an opening round 76. Ali Green (West Chester) finished in second at 151, while Angela Codian (Massilon) and 14-year old Carolyn Markley (Maineville) rounded out the top five.
