Ohio's Golf is offering its readers the chance to win premium golf equipment, electronics packages, airline tickets and $20,000 cash in the 2011 Hole in One Championship.
The unique event is open to the first 144 golfers - with a catch. Each foursome must include at least one player who has fired a hole-in-one in either the 2009, 2010 or 2011 calendar year.
Held at the Robert Trent Jones-designed Columbus' Champions Golf Course on August 21st, 2011, this 18-hole event will feature four hole-in-one prize locations. Each player is eligible to win prizes, regardless of their hole-in-one history. An ace on any of the four eligible par-three holes will win the player the respective prize.
HOLE 2 (132 yards): Two airline tickets
HOLE 5 (136 yards): Choice from premium electronic package
HOLE 17 (161 yards): Choice from premium golf equipment package
HOLE 10 (204 yards): $20,000 cash
Entry in the event is just $40 per player and each foursome MUST include one player who has scored an ace in the past three years. Registration is now open and closes upon filling the 144 spots or August 14, 2011.
